There's a certain kind of evening that only happens once a year — when the valley light turns gold, the last of the summer garden is still giving, and a long table sits waiting under the open sky.

On Saturday, September 26th, we're setting that table for fifty.

The Shenandoah Table is a single-evening dinner grown from our own garden at The Inn at Vaucluse Spring and our local farms. Before the meal, you'll walk the grounds and see exactly what's about to reach your plate — the last heirloom tomatoes, roots just pulled from the earth, herbs still warm from the afternoon sun. Then you'll take your seat at one long table alongside neighbors, friends, and strangers who'll feel like friends by dessert, and share a family-style meal built entirely around what the garden gave us…
